Activate Your Patient Portal
To Make an appointment either call the office at 575-682-1014 and leave a message or schedule an appointment online through the patient portal.
If you would like an invitation to the Patient Portal to set up an appointment from the convenience of your home please provide your legal first and last name, email address, and phone number in the provided section. The invitation for the Patient Portal will be sent to your email address and follow the directions from there (be sure to check your spam folder). I have to send the invitation manually, so expect a delay of 24 to 48 hours. Feel free to come by our physical location or call to make an appointment as well. We are available on Mondays and Thursdays between 9:30 am and 4:00 pm closing for lunch from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm. If the open sign is on, feel free to stop in.
To have access to the Patient Portal please see instructions above. Once you are activated you can return to the Patient Portal in the section labeled accordingly on this page. The calendar will only show Monday and Thursday appointments right now, but additional appointments will be added as we get credentialed with more insurances (see home page for more information on insurances). Check back if you do not find the appointment you would like. If you need an appointment on a day other than Monday and Thursday let me know and I can see what I can do.
