Activate Your Patient Portal
To Make an appointment either call the office at 575-682-1014 or schedule an appointment online through the patient portal.
If you would like an invitation to the Patient Portal to set up an appointment from the convenience of your home please provide your legal first and last name, email address, and phone number in the provided section. The invitation for the Patient Portal will be sent to your email address and follow the directions from there (be sure to check your spam folder). I have to send the invitation manually, so expect a delay of 24 to 48 hours. Feel free to come by our physical location or call to make an appointment as well. We are available on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 9:30 am and 4:00 pm closing for lunch from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm. We will are available on some Tuesdays check availability link above to see what Tuesdays we are open.
To have access to the Patient Portal please see instructions above. Once you are activated you can return to the Patient Portal in the section labeled accordingly on this page. The calendar will only show Monday, Thursday, and Friday appointments right now, but additional appointments will be added as we continue to grow. Check back if you do not find the appointment you would like. If you need an appointment on a day other than Monday, Thursday, or Friday call us and we will work with you.
