Trestle Medical Services is also happy to work with patients who are hesitant about modern medicine as well as those who have questions about herbs and supplements. Our desire is to listen to your concerns and provide education on what you can do to achieve your health-related goals.

My name is Julia Eigenmann, FNP-C and years ago I worked for a primary care provider in Cloudcroft, NM. I am now opening up my own family practice at 1200 James Canyon Highway. I am working with a credentialing company and electronic health records company to get everything ready to start seeing patients. The following is the anticipated opening timeline as of today (09-19-2024):
Self-pay- credentialed
Medicare- credentialed
Railroad Medicare- credentialed
Medicare Advantage Plans- See below to see which ones
Medicaid- credentialed
Medicaid Centennial Plans- See below to see which ones
Molina- credentialed
United Healthcare- credentialed
Presbyterian- credentialed
Blue Cross Blue Shield- credentialed​
Cigna- credentialed
Tricare- We have not received an official approval letter, but Tricare has been providing coverage for those we see. We seem to be credentialed with Tricare, but if you are patient with Tricare and run into any issues please let us know.
VA Community Care Network- Unclear, we were told we should be but have not received an official approval letter. If you want to discuss further feel free to call us for better clarification.
Humana- panels closed call insurance if you would like to be seen (most have had coverage without any issues)
